When will my order ship?
Orders typically take 1-3 business days to process before shipping, unless otherwise noted under the shipping details on the product page.
You will receive shipping information in the email that was provided at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
We pride ourselves on expedited shipping. Most of our orders are received within five business days of placing the order.
How can I track my order?
Ready-to-ship products generally take 5-7 business days. We recommend referencing the product page for the most accurate fulfillment estimate when placing your order.
What is your return policy?

How long does it take to process my return?
Once we receive the returned product at our facility and the return is accepted, our team will process your return.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for returns to be processed. For more information, please see our return policy.
Is there a cost to return my items?
Slipps is happy to assist with providing a return shipping label for customers in the U.S., excluding Hawaii and Alaska, although the cost of the shipping label will be deducted from your refund.
Slipps will cover the return shipping for authorized defective products only.
Shipping label fees may vary between $5-$12 based on the size and quantity of items you are returning.
When shipping your item(s) back to us, we strongly recommend using a delivery confirmation and tracking your package.
Slipps is not responsible for any lost exchange/return packages and because of this, we suggest you get a confirmation receipt from the carrier when you drop off your return so you can track it.
Please allow 24-48 hours for that label to be emailed to you.
