Care Instructions
Slipps are thoughtfully crafted with a soft microsuede upper to keep little dancers comfortable both in and out of the studio. To keep them looking their best, gently wipe away dirt with a soft, dry cloth after each use. For small spots, use a damp cloth with mild soap and gently blot the area—avoid rubbing, as this may damage the material. Do not machine wash or tumble dry. Allow your Slipps to air dry naturally, away from direct sunlight or heat sources, and store them in a cool, dry place when not in use.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We carefully inspect every order before each order leaves our studio, but if something isn't quite right, please let us know.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible after delivery. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as we can so your little dancer can get back to doing what they love.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color?
The quickest way to receive a new pair is to submit a return through our Start a Return, then place a new order once your return has been approved. This helps ensure the size or color you want doesn't sell out while your return is being processed.
Refunds
Once your return arrives, we'll inspect it and notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take a few additional business days for the funds to appear in your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
